Adequate Nutrition is necessary for the growth of the children. Malnutrition refers to both under nutrition and over nutrition. Children with over nutrition in the body results into the obesity problem. Children with less supplements of nutrition to body lead to malnutrition.

Malnutrition is referred as having the poor quality of food. Malnutrition can be found mostly in children of all ages young children are much affected to this malnutrition. Malnutrition can also happen due to the poor maternal health. Poor nutritious food intake by the mothers during pregnancy may lead to malnutrition. Malnutrition negligence leads to death.

Malnourished child growth and immunity level decreases comparing to the healthy child. The main causes of malnutrition in children are Family food insecurity obesity, inadequate vitamins or minerals and noncommunicable diseases. Difficulty in obtaining food and dietary choices and low income in the family. Malnutrition affects the body by gaining or losing more weight, difficulty in relief from infections having more weakness and low bone and body strength.

The major Symptoms include inability to concentrate, Feeling cold and irritability, Loss of muscle fat and body tissue less hungriness, sleepiness and longer time for healing of wounds. Treatment method involves having plenty of fruits intakes having starch food, supporting their families to be nourished with good and healthy food, having proper regular timings at food intake, including protein food in their daily meal.
