A Diet which is enriched with high fat, calories, and cholesterol increase your risk of diabetes. A poor diet leads to obesity and less diet leads to malnutrition in children. Having rich Fiber and Protein food intake helps to the growth of mind and body. Poor nutrition leads to the diabetes as the levels of sugar and carbohydrates reduces due to the low intake of nutrients.

Rich Fat and Cholesterol and Calories increases the heart rate and results in the accumulation of fat in the body which leads to Obesity. High carbohydrates in body results in the accumulation of more insulin in blood which ultimately results in the form of diabetes. Red Meat and Processed Mat are more dangerous for the cause of Type2 Diabetes. Consuming one or more eggs per day may increase the risk of diabetes.

A Healthy diet decreases the Heart strokes and high blood pressure and Increases body metabolism and also controls the chronic infections, Cardio vascular diseases, Cancer and Diabetes. Avoidance or lesser usage of Added sugar can decrease the diabetes.
